Energy Masters Direct is the best! I purchased my home in 2020 when COVID shutdown everything but I needed all new windows as the originals were almost 20 years old needing replacing. I purchased these windows(they took several months to come. Unfortunately, the contractor that ordered the windows wasn’t able to complete the installation. I have been searching for these windows to get installed for over two years until finally I decided to use Thumbtacks as I refer my clients to use them weekly. Well I am so glad Mrs. Laurie followed up with my request. EMD could install them. I was so excited and Mr. Calvin came out promptly and provided an estimate he explained to me what needed to be done in layman’s terms which I appreciated and his apparent professional expertise/knowledge along with excellent customer service (this is rare to almost nonexistent these days)he was providing won the job from me. The communication between Mrs. Laurie, Calvin and I was wonderful they left no room for me to question anything. When Mr. Calvin and his crew arrived the morning work started at my house they immediately started working and they installed 8 out of 9 windows (Mr. Calvin ordered the 1 that I didn’t have and they will install it when it arrives). They were serious about getting me job done and finished around 3pm. I was thrilled. They cleaned up after themselves and even brought a vacuum with them. I’m so satisfied they did a marvelous job. I recommend them 100%. Thanks EMD!! I added some before and after pictures, just beautiful.
