- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Horseback riding is a lifelong learning process. I have devoted my life to my horses and developing my skills and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. I am a college graduate from the University of Kentucky but that was such a small piece of my education. I earned my horse show judging card through North Carolina State University. I am CAA carriage driving and road driving proficient in Level 1. I also worked for a ranch hand through the University of Hawaii to sort, brand, and castrate cattle. The learning never stops.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly I teach lessons and train horses all year. In the summer we have 11 summer horse camps and compete at horse shows. Spring and fall are busy with birthday parties, weddings, and trail rides.
