- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most repair work is done on a time and material basis. There could be additional fees for larger tear outs, dumping fees etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I set up a convenient time to come by and assess the damage and make sure there are no leaks. Then I explain to the customer thoroughly the steps I will take to complete the job and answer any questions they may have and finally I email them a detailed proposal for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 31 years of hands on experience doing all types of drywall and plaster repairs throughout the school system in Norfolk as well as many years doing residential repairs of all types throughout the tidewater area.
