- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No matter what time day or night, This is your special event. I will make it something very important early or late.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sometimes it is difficult to take time off to meet. So I like to offer a meeting on Zoom or Messenger. This way we can meet and discuss what it is the couple wants to have during their ceremony.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with the public for over 44 years. I know how to listen to what they want. Not hear but actually listen to the couple. That's very important when it comes to their special day.
