Im sorry to hear you feel you had a poor experience with our company.
I reached out to this customer and we set up a time for me to come and repair a roof. I bought all the materials, we signed a contract and were ready to start. Then one day prior to starting, they said they had found someone with a better price and broke the contract. We had a written contract, even though they broke the contract, I refunded them 75% of their deposit.
But I wish you luck with your roof repair and hope you have an amazing day.

1) Opened up wall between living room & family room, installed header for support. Case trim opening, repair drywall and paint.
2) I provided a photo of an open staircase that I wanted which opened up stairwell on both sides, framed opening with columns at the bottom. They included all demo, framing, LVL load bearing beams, drywall, painting, trim, decorative spindles, and custom stained handrail.
3) Frame closed my open foyer, drywall, sub-floor, redo ceiling, install light fixtures.
Estimated timeline was met. Dan kept me well informed on progress.
I received multiple estimates for this project. So happy I chose Dan Wagner with On-Target Construction. I Highly recommend.

Started off great, but after initial week or 2 of progress, the work slowed to a crawl. A worker- all very nice- would show up for a day or 2 after I emailed or texted Dan to prompt him, but job dragged on and on as he took on more and more projects elsewhere. Some work was excellent- Ray is a master carpenter- but some of the other work was unsatisfactory and I had to point out the problems instead of Dan inspecting and having them taken care of himself. It seemed like the only time I saw Dan was when he came by for a payment, instead of to oversee the work.
I'm posting this with hesitation. I hate to leave a negative review, but I chose this contractor based on excellent reviews on this website, and feel obligated to other homeowners to let them know all opinions are not that high. Would I hire this company again? No.

I first discovered Thumbtack by accident and decided to use Thumbtack services in addition to my normal methods (recommendations from friends, web search, and random). I ended up with 6 quotes (3 from Thumbtack) .
After speaking with all parties I decided to go with one from Thumbtack. My job required some special services which were provided in a very professional and concerned manner by Dan. He completed the work and went beyond what was requested. I plan on using him again for a project this summer.
