Introduction: I have a career that I love. Most importantly I made it happen. I am grateful that hard work was always instilled in me, took awhile for it to get there, (giggle), but once I got it, I knew food was going to be my career path, and I feel very blessed. Went to the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan to be a private chef. Two months after graduating I got my first private chef gig with a couple, and then just kept on working my way to the top. Was with a family for 7 years, who lived on Park Ave and then would spend my summers in the Hamptons. I moved down to NC almost 2 years ago, and I am still looking for clients, and would love consistent clientele! Growing up birthdays and holidays (they still are) huge events in my family. The center on the event was always great food! Growing up 15 minutes from the GWB, I had the luxury to eat at some of the best restaurants in NYC, possibly the world. Eating great food, is my favorite past time! I’m organized, have great time management, cooking is how I show my love, it is an experience. Organic, local, and seasonal produce is what I prefer to cook with. Most importantly please tell me what YOU want! I want all your needs met!
