- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality of work that we do. We are competitive in the fence market and do our best to provide the best prices for all customers. The 65% of the total cost is due up front in order for us to purchase materials and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the fence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers and would first set up a free estimate. We come to their property, take the measurements, discuss the customer vision and give advice or guidance if the customer has questions. Then we send an estimate by email to let the customer know the price, and once the customer agrees we get the contract and 65% deposit to order materials. We call 811 for them to mark the underground utilities and then we start building the fence as quickly as we can. We usually finish in about 1-2 days (depending on the size of the project.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Selvin Solis has been building fences for over 9 years in Chapel Hill, Durham, Apex, and surrounding areas, and has had a wide variety of experience in all types of roles in the fence industry. He has built all types of fences from wood, vinyl, aluminum and chainlink to ranch-style and cattle fences. He has also had experience supervising and designing projects, office management, and customer service.
