Just4 move recently helped me with a long distance move. They were having some staffing issues but I am happy to say they did a great job in minimizing its impact on my move. The owners took over the move and made sure that my items were secure and arrived at their destination. We have a couple of minor outstanding items but I would say that my move was a success. I would definitely use them again.

I would give a 5, however my biggest rub is this...the folks that do the loading and moving are contracted out, so the company finds who's willing to do the move at the lowest cost. The crew was amazing and worked hard and my move required 4 movers and a 26ft truck. The crew was not from the company, but comtr a credit put of New York City. What makes me irate is that the company in NYC is shady and sending 4 guys in a truck only designed for 2 persons is unacceptable in my book. Inadequate resources and one of the crewmembers w ain't even paid by the company whole his other coworkers were. Being from Manhattan and a 30 yr retired Navy Commander leading 100s of people, I learn a lot about folks by virtue of my experience taking care or them and talking to them. The work conditions for my crew was bot only unacceptable, but they were required to return to NYC that same night after pulling 12 hours work already and no allotted any rest such as per diem for at least a cheap hotel room in the area. And, I knew these guys were contracted out by the commercial license plates on their trucks. If you are the hiring hub like this company out of N Carolina, how do you not screen who you hire. Their working conditions were completely unethical, let alone on don't know how they did notnget pulled over in a vehicle boy designed to seat 4 persons in a row...I physically sat inside the cab of this moving van. We need to do a better job recognizing stuff like this because it will make or break a company. They got the job done in poor conditions and the cost in my opinion was very low, but that's not the point. If the cost is so low, then something is wrong somewhere else. Otherwise, this is my biggest gripe about this service that I purchased.

Okay to answer all your questions that wasn't directly ask! the mover that complain to you about his salary was simple his error between him & his bank (account overdraft) everyone got paid as you mentioned except him (Rockey). I understand that Rockey and yourself as a long dialog retaining our work schedule and laboring but we are more than happy to release such worker that means this company any good also your move were quote base on our nearest truck location we move customers from NEW YORK TO FLORIDA 5 days per weeks our truck can carry 4-6 men crew. for your four bedroom home your truck was pack and move with all that was agreed 🤝 between yourself (Robert) and JUST4MOVE NYC L.L.C also we do not contract work not with or to any company if your not booked directly through JUST4MOVE NYC L.L.C we do not provide any service we hold all licenses and we are fully bond. All truck as 2 drivers and an additional driver if needed you may call the stay to see if they work the following day of such to clarify, this is why we don't allow customers and staff to have too many interaction hense this result.

My overall moving experience was just wonderful , the customer service was impeccable from booking to pick up to drop off , my price did not change no hidden fees , the movers arrive on time and packed my 3 bedroom home and delivered it to my new home Florida, I’m super happy with the services they provided ….
