My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Vinnie for personal training and I can honestly say---you will not find a more caring, fun, and accommodating trainer. So you need not look further. Vinnie takes time to personalize work outs for you so that you get great results, feel good and most importantly, still want to schedule your next session! If you truly want to get fit and stay fit--Vinnie is the trainer for you. His goal is not to overwork you to the point where you end up giving up. He will give you great tips for diet and exercise in between sessions. Vinnie is an awesome person, very supportive and will go above and beyond to get you in shape. Not to mention--Vinnie has great taste in television shows and hockey teams!!! Win, Win, Win...We are extremely fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to work with Vinnie. Well worth the investment, to say the very least. Thank you Vinnie!!! --Shannon T.

Vinnie was my personal coach for over eighteen months from March 2013 through November 2014. For over fourteen months of this time we worked together three times a week. Establishing expectations – Outstanding. Vinnie and I would always discuss my routine: The muscle groups being concentrated on, the order of the exercises, the reason for variations in the repetitions, and the importance of core muscle exercises. At Vinnie’s direction, I participated in designing my program. This was important to me because I am a 65 year-old male with a neuropathy which impairs the strength, balance and feeling in my extremities. Vinnie listened to me and modified my routine to accommodate my limitations. Continual challenge and encouragement – Outstanding. Some days were better than others. Vinnie recognized this and challenged me accordingly. Due to his encouragement and constant attention, I generally tried to do better and found myself helped by his positive feedback. I never felt discouraged by something that Vinnie said. Even so, I do remember the times when he recognized that I could have done better. This was usually accompanied with some code words between us that recognized that I could have done more and that I was expected to do so the next time. Vinnie is a very caring person and was particularly inquisitive about how I was feeling so as to avoid any possibility that I may aggravate or strain a muscle. Punctuality – Outstanding. During this period Vinnie never missed an appointment and was a couple minutes late (due to traffic) twice. Also, Vinnie didn’t watch the clock. He was with me for however long my routine would take, which usually lasted more than the hour we had scheduled. Summary -- Vinnie is an excellent trainer. He is a caring person and listens very closely. He is knowledgeable about strength exercise, aerobics, diet, and psychology. He is a winner. I wish he hadn't moved to North Carolina. - George K.

I worked out with Vinnie for almost a year and was sorry to see him relocate. His knowledge of physical training, various types of workouts and nutrition were exceptional. He was able to build a custom workout that fit me and my schedule, with great results. I am a heavy traveler and he was able to help me develop a workout that I could use both at home with my weights and machines as well on the road with matching exercises that could be done in a hotel room. Also, Vinnie’s professional and time oriented business model was second to none, he adapted to my schedule and lifestyle and was always on time and ready to motivate me off of the couch. He treated me like a friend and colleague, not just another client.

I was trained by Vinnie for eight years and would still be training with him if he hadn't moved. He is tough but flexible and will push you without becoming overbearing. He puts together a workout based on your fitness objectives that includes weights, cardio, exercises, diet, and attitude. Thoroughly enjoyed training with him because I felt we accomplished the goals we had set forth. The challenging program definitely made me stronger with greater cardio capacity and helped me feel healthier and live a better lifestyle. I highly recommend Vinnie as a personal trainer because he doesn't do things his way, he will work WITH you to develop a program that helps you achieve your objectives by being a true coach and teacher.

Vinnie is a great personal trainer who I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and level of fitness. He does a great job mixing up the workouts and allowing you to leave the session feeling that you got the most out of the hour.
