Introduction: My name is Rachel and I am a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor on Fort Bragg. I have over 20 years experience educating my clients on developing healthy and positive body images as well as the importance of exercise and nutrition. I have experience in competition training, having competed in Figure, Women’s Physique and Women’s Bodybuilding.
