- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on square footage and whether the home had pets. Every home is different and may/may not require extra attention. I typically prefer to see the home in order to give an accurate quote, however when square footage and other basic information is given, I can give a fair estimate for the customer. Interior window cleaning also plays a huge factor in a quote because it is time consuming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I review the customer's request and if they choose to move forward, I email them a detailed cleaning specification sheet which shows the exact work to be done in the home. We then schedule a date for the cleaning. The cleaning is scheduled and once completed, the customer can either pay with cash or credit or debit by phone if not in the area. A receipt is texted or emailed to the customer immediately. All debit and credit card payments are safe, we run all payments through Square.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning vacant homes for real estate agents and property management companies in the area for the last 4 years. We assist agents with new listings, move in/out cleanings. We also work with tenants who are in the process of moving out and want to ensure they get there security deposit back by having a professional cleaning done.
