Made a posting about the work I wanted and was messaged by the company. Thought I was going to be put on a wait list or been put as a low priority but the company was ready to do the work next day. Was given a bit of time to get schedule conflicts together and gave them a day that worked for me. He worked with my schedule and gave me a time that worked for him the day of. The team was in and out in less than an hour an a half and exceeded the expectations of my wife and I for our back patio.
The team picked up the work where my father and I left off with framing (further reinforced the frame) and worked with my concerns of messing up our lawn to get the concrete to the back yard. Plan on calling them out again for our drive way.

Neyser Sanchez - Sanchez Concrete - returned my phone call the same morning which is different than what I received from other companies and came out and gave an estimate on completing the job. We requested a quote on an 11x15 foot concrete pad with a small sidewalk connecting to another walkway. The ground had to be leveled with backfilled dirt. Neyser reviewed the project and started work the next day. He showed up around 9:30 and began work. The project was completed that day with the pad framed in and poured. He coordinated for everything needed to complete the job. He was very professional and showed me follow-up work that I could do to ensure water did not run under the pad. Excellent job and was finished in just one day. I had my neighbor come over and take a look at the frame job and finished project and he was very impressed. He has requested Neyser's name and contact information because he needs an estimate on a concrete job.

Where do I start with Mr. Sanchez & his crew? These guys are TOP NOTCH! My wife & I are super thrilled with Carolina Construction Service. They came in and totally transformed our driveway and monolithic slab.
The very first day they showed up & took charge. They pulled out ALL the old concrete, fixed the monolithic slab forms in the rear of the house (which was not totally square to begin with) and had everything ready in less than 6 hours!! The wifey & I we’re amazed at their efficiency and attention to detail.
Neyser Sanchez listened to us and made exact corrections! Even the builders who put up our metal building in the rear were impressed at how square the monolithic slab was! Price quote was very reasonable.
We highly recommend Carolina Concrete Services to anyone who is looking for concrete work. I wish I could give them 10 STARS in this review!!!

My project is a 24x28 garage slab with footings, ramps and rat walls- From the very beginning Mr. Sanchez was prompt, professional and Very knowledgeable, you could tell he knew what he was doing. Mr. Sanchez and his crews go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the outcome of the work and they take pride in what they do! They also worked around last minute changes for me which I greatly appreciate!
The grading/forming crews were very fluid and efficient! They laser leveled 120tons of material to accommodate for a 4’ slope in a matter of hours. They had the foundation doug, rebar secured and ready for inspection also within a few hours.
When the county building inspector arrived he looked at it and said, “I’ll tell you one thing, this is the best looking prep work that I have seen in a long time!”. He gave the green light to pour in a matter of minutes.
The pour went flawlessly. The correct amount of material was ordered and it was sloped, smoothed and finished exactly how I requested. The dimensions were perfect too! I Couldn’t be happier!
I’m also going to have Mr. Sanchez and his crew frame the garage because I know the quality of work I’m going to receive and I would recommend him to anybody.
