Yeong's yoga practice should be part of everyone's daily practice. I started with Yeong with lower back problems and a host of other achy areas. When you are in Yeong's class you feel you have a personal trainer in Yeong. She teaches you how to treat your body and what you can do to stay physically healthy. I owned my aches and pains and through yoga had a much healthier lifestyle. I recently injured my arm. With massage and Yeong'shared stretching techniques, no exaggeration, my last massage I felt 40-50% better. That was a huge improvement. The constant pain associated with the injury was tensing up many other connecting tissues. What a relief after the massage. I highly recommend both the yoga and massage with Yeong.
i am a beginner level at yoga and am often intimidated about being in class with others. Laura does a great job of explaining and pacing the positions such that i was able to follow her instructions and not feel left out. she has great energy and a kind spirit and i highly recommend this yogi.

I have been studying yoga and meditation with Amritari for almost one year. I was having a lot of pain when I first started working with her and she patiently guided me with gentle movements that relieved my pain, as well as breathing techniques that calmed my anxiety. I have really enjoyed doing yoga in her screened porch that overlooks a beautiful pond surrounded by grass and trees. Seeing the geese sailing on the pond is very nice too. She also has an infrared sauna and I have found this to be very relaxing and therapeutic.
