Ken was outstanding from the moment he amicably greeted me at my door until he left -- with my carpets, tough stains included, sparkling clean. For $20 extra he cleaned my two very dirty sofas and they are now in good enough condition that I'll be keeping them. He had a variety of cleaning solutions for different types of stains, and removed everything from coffee to pen marks to pet vomit with them. He was also extremely friendly -- a great person all-around. I can't recommend him highly enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually try to stick with $20-25 per rm, 15-20 for stairs. Hallways free - this is inexpensive for excellent service but it's not about the money! I'm teaching my son!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You provide the details of you job request. I'll send a quote for the job, when you accept and provide the address, I'll confirm date and time. And call when I'm on the way!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OJT, starting with my Military background in cleanliness coupled with mom's upbringing I've learned clean with the best of them!
