- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have found out that charging by the hour helps reduce the price of the service; due to food cost we try and help our clients save money where ever possible. On a typical night we will not spend anymore that 5 hours with a client including shopping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to complete an interview either over the phone or in person. This helps us customize your menu more efficiently, it is important to know about food restrictions and/or allergies
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
commercial cooking certified through star Career Academy, formal training via technical school as well as on the job training
