- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will prepare a customized menu with affordable pricing for our services. I do provide discounts for repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish a meeting to discuss the menu for the client and work out a budget for the event. After the menu and the budget is agreed upon we get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have traveled all over the world (Chile, Thiland, Italy, Greece, France, and Africa) for profesional development. Every year I travel to a different parts of the world to cook with local chefs. I have a deep and insatiable desire to always learn more and try new things which I feel keeps my menus fresh, varied and never boring.
