Air Quality Air CHR is a company I would recommend for any HVAC needs you might have. Here's why:Price: for many, price is the be all and end all to a decision. There is no realistic way to compare shop because you must have all things exactly the same for that comparison. But what you can do is compare across several quotes and against reasonable averages. Air Quality was right there. Price was not an element anymore.Equipment: I'm not in the HVAC business and this was my first time to ever replace an entire system; so, where do I start? They quoted a Trane system to me and I questioned them as to why Trane and why this specific system. They told me everything I wanted to know. It was matter of fact and not hard sell.Installation: I always worry that tradesmen will damage something or make a mess of my carpet or other things while they work. The AQ guys were very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job installing and keeping everything clean and protected.Service: I had a question about a feature. Someone came out to check it out and then followed up with a call to explain that feature and help me better understand what I needed to know.Summation:Air Quality AC did a great job start to finish and I'm glad I hired them. Very professional. Had the issue with old AC and asked the AIR QUALITY team to come and inspect not just that ac but furnace and other units. They were very host in their recommendation and only suggested what was needed. Installed the new ac unit and provided the timely quote as well as able to install the system in a week. Pricing was also competitive. In addition they found some capacitor issue with the furnace and they took care of it wirhout even asking while they were installing the ac.

Very pleased, my air conditioner broke on a Sunday afternoon. I called expecting to get a machine. A person answered booked me for Monday morning between 9:00 and 11:00. Got here about ten thirty I believe his name was Hermiah. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was out of here within maybe 20 minutes. And it was very, very reasonable.
