Meagan did the day of coordination for my wedding and my cake! The cake was delicious and I couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator. She subtly made sure everything happened on time, and quickly took care of any concerns I had that day. She even helped my mom go through the buffet line and get a plate for my grandmother (who is in a wheelchair). All at a price that was very affordable. I would recommend her to anyone.
Sylvia is simply awesome! I hired her to do partial planning and day of coordination for my wedding and she did a wonderful job. She is reliable, fun to work with and creative. She also helped me with my low budget while having great ideas that made my wedding decor beautiful and elegant. With her help and expertise I felt at ease and my stress was lowered, which allowed me to enjoy myself on my wedding day.
We were undecided about hiring a wedding coordinator for our wedding; it turned out the be the best money spent. We utilized Jamie's services for our rehearsal and all day on our wedding day, and she was more helpful than we could have ever hoped for. She was professional throughout the entire experience and would always respond to e-mails within a few hours (most times, within minutes). I couldn't imagine having our wedding without the assistance of her setting up the cocktail hour, moving guests, setting up and tearing down decoration, moving gifts, and cleaning up. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, do it! And hire Jamie - you won't be disappointed!
Christine was very thorough in the planning process although I just hired her for day of coordination. Her services spanned way beyond that. She coordinated with my wedding vendors, led rehearsal and made sure things ran as smoothly as possible on the day off considering we had a rowdy bunch. The day would've been a mess without her help. Her husband also was a great addition and he kept things in order and running smoothly on the day of. I was able to ask Christine questions throughout the months prior to my wedding and she thought of things I forgot to cover. She and her husband kept their cool and were really patient with our wedding party. I would recommend her to anyone needed assistance with events. Great services at a great value
Natasha and her assistant did a PHENOMENAL job at our wedding. We used Natasha's services for "day-of-coordination". From arriving to the venue within the hour we were allowed to staying well after the end of the wedding, she and her assistant set up, facilitated, and broke down our wedding site beautifully. Natasha is extremely professional and flexible. She went out of her way to accommodate our requests and was very timely and efficient. We highly recommend her services!
Nasim has managed multiple events for our family. Nasim is first and foremost a stellar professional. She's organized, thoughtful, and creative. Nasim is the first of her staff to arrive and the last to leave. I've seen her effortlessly coordinate staff, facilitate deliveries, and finalize table arrangements. I've been particularly impressed to watch her creative savvy with limited Time and resources. But I have not once seen her lose her cool and consideration. And consistently her work exceeds expectations. We've been fortunate enough to work with her on small and larger events, including formal and informal settings. In fact we've booked her for another upcoming events next month. I'm looking forward to see what she comes up with – it's an absolute pleasure every time.
Ms. Stevens and her staff did an excellent job at my event. She created the best drinks I have ever had. Guests were impressed with her drinks and professionalism! I enjoyed her and her staff's pleasant personalities. She also made sure the bar and surrounding area was neat and clean throughout the event. Ms. Stevens went the extra mile! I recommend using her bartending service and I will continue to use her services in the future.
Amy was amazing. We acquired her services for day of that really meant month of planning. Our only regret not having her for the whole process. We highly recommend a wedding planner and choosing Amy will be a great decision. Our daughter's wedding was wonderful. We enjoyed every moment thanks to Amy. Her attention to detail ensured a worry free wedding rehearsal and wedding. Wedding big or small a wedding planner should be a priority.
Bliss has been great to work with thus far. She's been very open to meeting my fiancé and I whenever we need. She's also more than willing to provide extra services on the day of that would make our day less stressful. She's been great to work with and I'd highly recommend her for anyone else looking for a great wedding coordinator!
We highly recommend Lilli's coordinating services based on our experience with her as our wedding day of coordinator. She delivers professional service at an excellent value. Before the wedding, she was organized, asked questions that we might not otherwise have thought of, and prevented things from falling off our radar. As promised, she learned all of our vendor details beforehand and contacted vendors to finalize their arrival. On the day of the wedding, Lilli did a great job managing everything. She put out fires for us, acted on our requests promptly, and communicated with us efficiently when our input was necessary but did not overburden us with details or decisions.
Ashley and Trent were the best! I decided I was going to do all of my wedding myself to try and save money and as the day approached I realized I was in way over my head. I found Something Fabulous and they were a perfect fit to keep the wedding running smoothly. I hired them for day of services and I could not have been happier and more relaxed! Emily is very professional, organized and courteous. She was a tremendous help when we planned our wedding. At first, we only hired her to assist with the day of coordination, but as we got into the planning, we asked her to help with vendors- we were thrilled with the excellent job she did coordinating services and payments. Through out the process she continued to help us by taking on additional services, going above and beyond in all she did. The week of the wedding, we ended up have a significant venue change due to folks planning to attend who did not RSVP. (We should have had her help with the invite listing and follow-up too!) We were hosting a floral arrangement class at our apartment community to celebrate earth day and the spring season. Jean responded to our request and was so easy to work with and get in touch with. She gave us advice on what kinds of flowers to purchase for the event and some places to get them. She was amazing at the event and a everyone loved it. We all got to learn about flowers and how to make beautiful bouquets. Jean was able to connect with our residents and make them feel comfortable to express themselves through their bouquets.
Claire was absolutely essential to our wedding day success. We had a 100% DIY venue and Claire and team pulled it together beautifully. It was everything I wanted my wedding day to be and more. Claire made it so I didn't have to worry about a thing! I can't recommend Claire Fedei events enough!
Makiba is the most upbeat, creative and organized person to work with. Her outgoing personality always renewed my excitement about my upcoming day each time I met with her. She is extremely driven and her high level of motivation only encouraged me even more to get stuff done off my never-ending check list. She stayed on top of me to get stuff done! But that was necessary because if she didn't, a lot of stuff probably would have been very last minute - or not done at all. I had a handful of DIY projects in mind to do - but I kept procrastinating. If it wasn't for Makiba, they honestly would not have gotten done at all! I'm so thankful she helped me with (or either did them herself!) my DIY projects. They added a really nice personal touch to my wedding and reception that would have been missing otherwise. I'm so thankful she helped me as much as she did. I could not imagine not having her there the day of my wedding - she handled so many behind-the-scene tasks that I was not aware of and probably would have stressed me out if I did! I cannot express how much I appreciate everything she did before and most of all, the day of my wedding. If you are a bride - you HAVE to get a planner to help you, even if it is just the day of assistance. Makiba will not let you down! Not only is she professional, but she is caring and has a personality that makes you feel like family.

Why hire me!? That’s a really good question, and one that is totally valid, because when all is said and done, hiring a planner is not absolutely necessary. I am sure that you could successfully plan your wedding/event yourself. However, not everyone has the time, nor wants to deal with the stress it can entail. People who plan events for a living have their methods down to a science that doesn't rival anyone else. As your planner, it would be my job to save you stress, effort, and time by doing for you what I do best. I can quickly use my list of vendors to book your event, keep your budget in line, help you create your venue floor-plan and timeline, and even brainstorm with you. Without a planner, the venue, the vendors, and even the wedding/event party will still be looking for someone to lead the way, and if not me, it will likely be the host of the event. However, a host has many other duties to fulfill that don’t include those the planner generally takes on, tasks that often happen during the event. How well will the host be able to enjoy the event if they are too busy orchestrating it from behind the scenes?
