One 2 One is a great place to work out. The trainers are fabulous and really care about their clients. The atmosphere is inviting and the clients and staff are genuine. No need to feel you have to impress people, come as you are, no judging. Get healthy while having fun!! The boot camps classes are are never boring and are quite varied in exercises.

Sara's Yoga for Cops classes are wonderful. She doesn't just take a "generic" approach to the classes, instead she takes the time to understand the types of stress that police officers experience every day, and then works on relieving that stress during her class. Sara brings a positive attitude and sense of humor to her class that makes non-yoga aficionados comfortable.
