- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read a lot of books on training, I read articles, I went back to school to study behavior. I attend as many seminars as possible, as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided about 15 years ago to start training, because my sister did and always made it sound like it was fun!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful who you hire. Make sure your trainer has worked with Master Level trainers and that they use only positive techniques.
