My continuing education on latest trends and development in the food industry is thru reading, my business partner and the plethora of culinarians I'm surrounded by.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years in the healthcare industry, feeling unsatisfied, I turned to the one thing that always made me whole, cooking and Ramelles Catering Services was birthed. My classic love story with food begins as any other, watching my mom, Mrs. Lurline Bucknor-Hall, prepare nutritious meals for her family every evening and for guests that stayed in the renowned Half Moon Hotel where she worked. Drawing from my moms knowledge and the relentless pursuit to learn more about food and techniques, allows me to create and deliver food and service at the highest level.
