I was a little skeptical about this platform, but I had a really pleasing experience. Dexter did a great job and service this morning! I had the mount for a couple of weeks but was scared to put holes in my wall. I found this platform on Google late last night, was able to make and secure an appointment for this morning, and had my tv mounted. Dexter communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived, and was very punctual. He also notified me of any adjustments I may need to make in the future and how to do it. He was kind and I appreciated the professionalism a great deal!
