We were moving into a home in NC from out of state. The home was left in need of a deep cleaning by the previous owners. Clean Sweep had the best price by far. I spoke with the owner on the phone to arrange a time for him to meet my realtor at the home for an estimate. He was on time and contacted me that day regarding the estimate. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge by the square footage on all recurring cleanings, one-time cleans,move out cleans,etc. Our fixed pricing is for recurring cleanings and we also lock in your price for up to five years guaranteed not to go up on your rate! We accept check, cash, or venmo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We typically give the client an option to meet up with us so we can show them our process and what they can expect at each cleaning. We also understand some working professionals do not have the time to meet so we can also discuss details through the phone or by email. We want to ensure that you the client have any questions answered and completely understand our focus to better serve you.
