I am living in a 1950 home that needed upstairs bathroom repair for toilet and shower and water leakage onto the kitchen ceiling. Larry and Chaz delt calmly with everything from ceiling rejecting the new paint job to stopped up drains. There was much problem solving and working around oddities of this house. I was very comfortable with their plans and they kept me informed about progress. Over 1 1/2 weeks with also working around my family. They were also willing to do additional small things-as blow the leaves off my roof (awesome)--offered when a trip to the roof needed to be done due to the stopped up drain. A great experience all the way around. I have recommended this company to 3-4 of my friends

Never even got around to the job because after his initial visit to look at what needed to be done, he never even got back to me with an estimate or any communication after. I left several messages for him on here politely asking for what he promised, no answer. Finally called the number from his business card and after the third call he answered and gave me some lame excuse like he had sooo many things going on and so many customers.. Blah blah. He then said he'd get back to me the next day with the estimates (this was almost 3 weeks after his initial visit) and I haven't heard anything since. I feel like if he is the business man and is trying to sell ME his work, it should be him contacting me, etc. not me chasing after him just for a dang estimate. He seemed nice at first, but after his very poor communication and obvious lack of interest in taking care of what I needed, there's no way I'd recommend his business.
