John arrived prior to the inspection time and did a fantastic job. We were unable to attend, but he called me several times to inform me of what he found and made recommendations on how to address these issues. He is very knowledgeable, professional and he provides outstanding service. If we ever move again, we will call him to perform our inspection. Don't hesitate to contact him.
