Victor came out when he said he would . And evaluated the problem with my Dishwasher . From that I was able to make a decision on repair or replacing . I appreciated his honesty and did not try to take advantage of the situation . I am in the home remodeling business and would have caught that right away . I would call on him again when I need his services.
Iam going to update this review in a bit but so far so good , the communication and the price is great and fastest response . I am a savy house wife and Ron offered a great package to do home , kitchen renovation work and I rarely write a review but I did because of the great experience
Just bought a house and within a month we had a bad clog in the pipes between the house and the sewer main... it was completely clogged - could not use any faucet or toilet without flooding the downstairs toilet (it made a huge mess downstairs which freaked my wife out). I called Rescue Router and LAB plumbing. Rescue Router came around noon, an uninterested and snotty 20 something. To snake the line (the clog was only 12-15 feet from the house) he quoted me close to $600. Ridiculous. When LAB arrived, I spoke with Leroy about the problem, he gave me a quote of $190. He was also very courteous and professional and set to work immediately and cleared the pipe in no time. Did a great job! Turns out we had been flushing paper towels which is a no-no. I have a few projects I'd like to do around the house, minor bathroom remodeling which he again gave me a very good quote on so I'll definitely use him again Don't bother with any of the larger companies - you will end up paying through the nose. LAB Plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on. Thanks!
Great job re-tiling my kitchen! Very thorough and detailed!
Put in 2 GFI sockets, one in the kitchen and one under my House Crowl space! I took his word for it because I don't like going under there, in the tight space with spiders and what ever. But he said no problem, he had something for that. He went and got some insect stuff that was to wipe out all those crawley things so he could install the socket. When the contractor came to setup my sump pump, he said it as installed right where it needed to be. He also installed my microwave since I needed the plug for it. He did all that for a very reasonable price, in a very short time. I am going to get him to install my ceiling fans next, and will definitely recomend him highly.
I had Mario and his crew hang and finish drywall for a basement remodel and am happy with the results. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the time projections given were never correct (e.g. scheduled to arrive at 8:30 but does not arrive until 9:30). He and his crew were very busy with other deadlines, so it was probably the exception rather than the rule. Overall, very good work and would hire again.
Bottom line, Phil knows carpentry. We had a tough situation here at the Town of Morrisville where some contractor built soffits out of a cheap material that appeared to be drywall and it all started falling apart. Not only did Phil give me the best price to replace the soffits with vinyl but he did an excellent job and did it rather quickly. I would highly recommend this company. For me, Craftsman Unlimited Carpentry is on the top of my list for carpentry contractors. If you are in the Morrisville area, stop by and see the magic he did on our bathroom soffits at the Morrisville Community Park bathrooms at the end of the entrance road. For carpentry, Phil is the man!
Dave remodeled our entire basement in just one week. He built a new wall, added hardwoods, wired, put in new doors, and painted. He was there every day and stayed late until the job was done. I definitely recommend him for any remodeling project you have. Very reasonable and efficient.
I hired John McCryndle of JFltzgerald Construction to paint the exterior of my home. I am extremely pleased with the completed project. Mr. McCryndle and his crew were mannerly and did an outstanding job. They were very detailed and made sure to clean up behind themselves. I would definitely hire him in the future and you should too.
Bob did an excellent job on my bathroom. I mentioned that I may remodel my kitchen and he provided a design that exceeded my expectations! He will continue to get my business when I want work done on my home.
Total renovation of kitchen, wall knock out, painting, cabinet distressed painting, replace two toilets, tear out existing laminate counter tops, existing laminate floor removed, hardwood floor laid in several rooms, sand and refinishing of existing hardwood flooring, electrical outlets removed and relocated, water line removed and replaced, full inspection of any existing plumbing issues. I could go on and on. I would highly recommend Bill Pullen. Extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and expedition of project exceptional. Full communication at all times of any specific needs or concerns.
We hired Dan to install tile flooring in our kitchen. We are very satisfied with the finished product. He is hard working and a very nice gentleman. We would recommend him to help anyone with projects they would like to get done. His price was very reasonable for all the hard work he had to do.
FANTASTIC RESULTS! I think it's rare these days (unfortunately) when someone says what they are going to do, then does exactly what they said! Nick Owings and team did an amazing job with our kitchen makeover. Where all other contractors we spoke with insisted on tearing out our existing cabinets and replacing them, Nick supported our vision (and our budget) and reFACED our cabinets with new doors and drawer faces, new paint and new hardware. We are so pleased with the result. Nick promotes himself as a craftsman first, then electrician, plumber, carpenter..and when we look at the quality of work and materials used and attention to detail...you can see why. Nic's pricing was more than competitive and very fair in my opinion. We did a custom pantry barn door...built a custom Dutch Door and accent wall...new farmhouse sink and quartz countertops...brilliant idea of tucking all lighting, switches and outlets under the cabinets which gives the glass piano tile backsplash a very clean, sleek look. We are already talking to Nick about the next home improvement projects we want. Great guy. GREAT WORK!
Great work. Did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen.
"I'm a real estate agent and I've worked with Chris for several years now. As an agent I have the great pleasure of working with an array of contractors and specialty tradesman as part of my everyday job description and I can tell you that hands down Chris has an attention to detail that few possess... I feel like the trades have been swamped over the last decade with hacks and 'less than craftsman' people calling themselves contractors, but few have the skills that Chris has. Chris also has a a customer service mentality that makes him a pleasure to work with. I do not hesitate to send him referrals and I know that they are always expertly taken care of.. - Matt Vance -"
We hired Catalyst Construction after another contractor failed to finish a remodel. They came in and took over where he left off. They were able to right a very big wrong for us and for that, we will be forever grateful. They are a company that can be trusted and I highly recommend them.
Wilson, the owner/operator of The Rock Remodeling, did a shower pan and a new shower valve, and did an excellent job. I've hired more than my share of contractors, and can honestly say that Wilson is top-notch. His dedication to service is apparent the moment you meet him, and it doesn't fade once you hire him. I will definitely look to hire Wilson for future jobs.
I have had a variety of work done my Suburban Renovations including tile floors, backsplashes, misc. flooring, electrical, lighting, door/frame installation, custom shelving, and a custom garage loft. Dave is very detail oriented and does outstanding work. He has a great eye for color & style suggestions and I trust his judgement. Finishes work like he would for his own place, no corners are ever cut. Takes great pride in what he does.
Reversible Renovations built a wheelchair accessible bathroom and remodeled an adjacent room to make a bedroom for my husband, who has a traumatic brain injury and uses a wheelchair. Richard worked closely with my husband's physiotherapists to design the project. Richard also provided a very detailed quote for the job. Heather, the designer, worked closely with me to choose the tile, fixtures, cabinetry etc. A custom sink was designed to accommodate the wheelchair but it also looks beautiful. A terriffic site manager did a lot of the carpentry and coordinated the other trades workers. The quality of the work was top notch, the project came in slightly below the estimate, and was done before expected. An added plus was the way each of the workers cleaned up after themselves and took pride in quality work. They were willing to make changes as they worked on the project to accommodate issues that came up, like an existing doorway that was too narrow. I can't wait to have them back to redesign my kitchen to accommodate to my husband's needs once he reaches his highest recovery point.
Order to install to quartz install took less than 3 weeks. Their price was well less than Home Depot or Lowes. Good quality work and personal service. Highly Recommend
I was terrified about undergoing a remodel of two bathrooms. GreyHouse took away all my anxiety. Every aspect of the project was handled with professionalism from the initial proposal down to the finished project. They kept me informed of the work schedule and all of their workers were conscientious about keeping mess and disruption to a minimum. I love the end results and would highly recommend greyHouse.
