- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings: Schedule a phone consultation to gain insight on the clients needs. Schedule a trial if requested to master the look. Bride will provide party details, time of service, location etc. Following the collection of deposit a contract and invoice will be provided. For special events: Schedule a phone consultation to gain insight on the clients needs. Request a deposit to proceed and secure the date of service.
