Introduction: I offer a step by step individualized program that is easy and enjoyable to follow. I don't believe in deprivation, but wil motivate you in lots of fun ways to transform your relationship with food and even life for an awesome journey. I have field trips for us, either virtual or in person of grocery stores, and pantry and fridge makeovers,as well as handouts, and recipes along the way for you to try. You will be able to join any webinars or talks by me as part of the program.
Have fun in finding what fits for you in order to be a more energetic and happy mother, wife, Dad, co-worker,entrepreuner, cook, cleaning person, chauffeur, referee and much more.

Dorothy has been an invaluable resource in helping me formulate a diet which addresses a number of serious health concerns.
