Introduction: Let me guess, you want to lose weight but you think that talking to a dietitian is like getting advice from captain obvious. You know what healthy food is but just don't have enough time, money, or cooking skills. You think that all a dietitian does is eat kale and judge you. You think that seeing a dietitian is a luxury you can't afford. My job is not tell you what to eat; you already know most of that.
