Introduction: I have more than 20 years experience in all aspects of the real estate transaction process. I am experienced in title abstracts, preparation of loan documents, and handling of the closing process. I have experience as a real estate appraiser, residential and commercial broker, a continuing education instructor, a pre and post licensing instructor as well as a REBAC instructor for the National Association of Realtors. I have served as broker-in-charge of a real estate company with 13 agents. That position required me to establish office procedures and develop an office manual. I instituted training with an emphasis on increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as retention and increased productivity of the real estate agent. As paralegal in a small and general practice law firm, I was responsible for the day to day management of the legal practice. This included maintaining court calendars, filing deadlines, and communication with clients regarding the status of their particular matter. I have excellent written and oral communication skills. I am also an excellent facilitator and negotiator with considerable experience at conflict resolution. My customers and clients consistently say that I am able to convey complex and difficult information in a concise and understandable way. My student evaluations are consistently excellent; 5 out of 5.
