Yes, I like to send out a contract and get the payment first before I begin any work.

Typically, I like to have a phone conversation first, then I send them a questionaire with different style questions about themselves. After, we have a meet up and we get acquinated more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always updating myself on the what is hot and new each season. Read a lot about fashion, economy at the moment, read blogs, magazines.
