- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am new to personal styling outside of retail stores. At this moment in my venture, I am more focuses on receiving new clientele and building my profile. I'm here to assist my clients, my fee is a flat $100 but is dependent solely on how you feel towards your service. I'm here to help you as you help me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consultation of what you're looking for and what I can offer you. Within 48 hrs will send you a look book of the ideas I have in mind based on our consultation. It is then you choice to continue or ask for more options and I go back to the drawing board. For wardrobe purges, I will meet with you to walk your closet space and strategize timing and supplies necessary to purge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 11 year background in retail centered around visual and fashion merchandising. I have been in charge of all styling sessions and floor sets that have allowed me to recreate new and different looks to appeal to my customers. This is where my passion began.
