My base rate is $25 per one-on-one session. I believe in long-term commitment, so I offer package discounts: 5 sessions = $115, 10 sessions = $220. This rewards your consistency and is the best investment in your health. No hidden fees or extra charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation. It's important for me to understand not just your fitness goal, but also your lifestyle, motivation, and any limitations. During our first full session, I conduct a fitness assessment. Afterwards, I design a personalized plan for you that combines effective workouts and sensible nutrition advice. My role is to be your guide and support on this journey.
