My needs were detailed but Swann didn't bother to read before scheduling a call then cancelled just before it was time ti talk. She did not read my notes until the hour of our initial call and i had 3 other clients that had no special needs, and she didn't take the call. Everyone's time is valueable.Sep 5, 2017Verified

Laura Swann is an amazing trainer! She's so positive, friendly, and encouraging. I've worked with her once a week for three years and she's taught me so much about fitness - and she's become my friend. She always keeps me motivated for the next workout. She was amazing! Always had creative workouts planned and was able to taylor the workouts to my needs. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My service includes driving to your home with fun workout gadgets for an hour long workout. You need nothing but a bottle of water and an exercise mat. You may pay in advance or on the day of the workout. It's up to you. I try to make it as easy as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will give clients a questionnaire so that I can learn a little more about their exercise history, fitness goals, and any possible limitations that they may have. After that I can create a customized workout plan. The best training plan is: 1) Fits with your schedule 2) You see results 3) Safe
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a two-time All-American runner from NC State. I know what its like to work hard to get results. Let me guide you to success. I got my personal training license because I love to help people be the fit individuals that they can be. I enjoy strength training, playing tennis, cycling, and walking/running. My goal is for you to live an active lifestyle as well.
