Introduction: My agenda is to rehabilitate the human mind & body starting where your body says it needs to begin. My 20 years of research and expertise has given me insight to how to redefine and elevate your body and what its functions are capable of doing. What I do unique is rebuild bodies with no residual negative effects, at the same time I make it educational and radically adventurous. Building great relationships with good people and rewriting history as we unlock unanswered questions about the human body. There's nothing better than fixing issues that have yet to have a solid solution. This is what I love above about my career.

Eric is a great trainer! He pushes you beyond the limit you think you know, shows you to do do specific exercises and creates your workout based on your needs. In my case, balancing my shape & creating greater strength in my upper body and shoulders. If you do the work, with Eric's help, you will be a better, stronger, more confident you!

I cannot say enough good things about Eric and his training methods. I am 62 and have picked up a lot of extra weight over the years and I wasn't exercising when I was referred to Eric. Okay, I'm still 62 and I still have weight to lose but Eric got me back in exercise mode and that was a small miracle. The not so small miracle is how much I have enjoyed the process. Eric is professional, intelligent, compassionate and, man, does he know how to motivate! Add in his sense of humor and you have the perfect trainer.

I started training with Eric to get in shape for my brother’s wedding and ended up working with him long after the event came and went. He completely changed my attitude towards working out from something I dreading doing to a lifestyle change that I look forward to. His methods are unlike anything I have ever experienced in a gym or with a trainer, yet they are the most effective methods I have ever used. Each training session is different and exciting and you will never lack support or motivation from Eric. I would highly recommend him to anyone ready to change their life and wellness in the best way possible.

Eric has changed my life. I have worked out on and off for years. Always stopping because of something. I am always excited about going to workout with Eric. He makes every workout exciting and different. When I started with Eric, I weighed 175 lbs (I'm 5'10") and my body fat was about 20%. After 9 months, I'm down 25 lbs and single digit body fat but more importantly, feel better. Not only physically but emotionally. Eric is the best at what he does and I am proud to call him a friend.
