- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal training, we offer 30, 45, and 60-minute training sessions in accordance to how many days per week you would like to train! Our personal training services include 1-on-1 training, couples training, family training, and specialty session such as yoga and boxing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start everyone off with our free 45-minute fitness assessment. This allows you to try us out for free and allows us to gather the necessary information for your training. During the free 45-minute fitness assessment, we will further define your goals and cover things including but not limited to movement assessments, relevant medical history, fitness history, current nutrition, and more! From here, your plan is created, training begins, and results follow! You will also receive a free optional invite to our app which allows you to create and track your nutrition plan with guidance from your trainer. Our app includes many other great features too such as progress tracking, devices connectivity, workouts, and more!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers on our team are certified and/or hold a college education in kinesiology, exercise science or a related field. In addition, they all have industry experience!
