I got them to do a job for me. The job was to repair a shower knob. They replaced a MOEN part ( apparently called a bullet ) , the shower was dripping and would not turn hot even when turned all the way. 1. they had to come in twice and 2. the thing started leaking after 8 days.Jan 11, 2017VerifiedDavid D.'s reply
