Introduction: well first of all its only me and one helper when I need him on big jobs so my cost to the home owner is a lot less then the bigger companies because I don't have the over head they do. I been a plumber for the past 30 years so I seen it all I also don't have hidden charges and when a home owner calls its me that they talk to and not some answering service or secretary or you have to leave a recording. helping people when they discover a plumbing issue and don't have a clue what to do so to me to go out to their house and solve their problem I can see a sign of stress leave my customer

Chris was easy to work with for scheduling and very prompt for scheduled arrival time. He did lightning-fast and solid work on the two plumbing issues that needed to be fixed and had the necessary parts on hand, and even told us we didn't need to repair one toilet tank that the home inspector thought was a problem. We also asked him to help troubleshoot a gas dryer hookup to the gas line (though appliances are not his specialty he said.) We couldn't get the dryer to heat, but he did check the connections as best he could-we'll just have to go back to Lowe's to get the warranty service for that. I thought price was reasonable for the 1.5 hour service time.

Chris was very prompt for the appointment. He kept the job area clean and was very careful not to damage anything while drilling through the foundation. Once the install was completed, he made sure there were no leaks or issues. Very happy with the service and pricing.

when I got out of the army I needed to find work so I looked in the help wanted ads and I seen a plumbing company who was looking to hire a plumbers helper so I was lucky to be the one that got hired and that was 30 years ago and still enjoy my profession

anything from repairing fixtures or changing them out, hot water heater change outs, sewer and drain cleaning and the list goes on
