If you are looking for a expert manager or agent for your home, then look no further than Alex Koppel! His many years of experience not only in sales and leasing, but also high level operations and management makes his knowledge in the field second to none! I truly would not trust my home or asset to anyone other than Alex with Keyrenter. Not only is he also a property expert, but most importantly his customer service and client rapport is the best around.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is full service and with no hidden fees. Includes guarantees. Customizable upon request. Leasing: 50% of 1 months rent (everything involved in leasing and managing the rental). Property Management: 8% of the monthly rent (everything involved in management including inspections). Renewals (existing tenant): 15% of 1 months rent (coordinate a new lease, at a new rate with an existing tenant at the end of the initial term).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We normally set up an intro call where we can learn more about each other. I like to know the specifics of potential clients situation as well as their property. I then share specifics about my business, operationally and philosophically.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    5+ years as a property manager and leasing broker. Hundreds of homes leased and managed. Years of consulting work with investors of all portfolio sizes and situations.
