Introduction: The Capitol Group uses the same software as some of the largest companies in the industry, but we're small enough to know all our owners and tenants by name. We never mark up repair costs - all repairs are done by third party vendors and you get a copy of the vendor's invoice so you know you only paid the cost of the actual repair.
