  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing is pretty straight forward. The monthly management fee is for our full service offerings. The leasing fee is for finding a resident to pay rent. If you have 10 or more properties, we can work out a deal for you!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We talk on the phone, meet at the property, set the terms and sign the papers electronically. Then we collect keys and set-up fee, begin advertising and set them on a path to financial success.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are licensed Real Estate Agents, we have 30 years in the business, and can work from high end homes to Section 8 and tax-credit properties.
