- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes of course, it's mandatory by the state for licensed agents to do CE courses every year. Also, I always keep updated with the markets outside of my state for my out of towners clients. You really need to know what's going on in the market.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an investor. I started to buy and sell homes for my personal real estate in residential and commercial. I experienced not so great services from other real estate agents. I knew I could do better for others out there that really need help.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would definitely interview a few agents before you decide to work with them. Make sure they are flexible for you. Also, I recommend to ask if the agent will be there with you through the whole process.
