Superior Roofing Services specializes in residential roof replacements and repairs, however, that is not all we do. We also do seamless gutters, exterior painting, and rotten wood and siding replacement.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to customers who are in need of a new roof would be to always verify that the contractor is insured first. Not carrying general liability and most importantly, workers compensation insurance can leave the customer holding the bag if someone gets hurt. Ask to see a written warranty. Never pay a dime before the job is complete. Look for independent reviews and accreditation with the BBB, anyone can write a testimonial for a friend to put on a website. Lastly, hire a contractor that is local, the out of town guys can be hard to find when you need them the most.
