- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food service industry for 10+ years in cook, management and nutrition management positions. I have successfully helped to provide food delivery services for several clients that related to their food Preferences, nutrition and health goals, and related allergens. I have completed a bachelors and masters degrees in nutrition from Appalachian state university and University of New England, respectively. I have also completed my RD and LDN credential internships through Dominican University. I worked as a cook from 2009-2014 at which time I was matriculating at the above colleges.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do you have a diagnosis you need diet related interventions for? (** If so, please consider a registered dietitian with a license and CDR registration for managing these conditions appropriately through food.**)
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How often would you like food delivered? Do you have a chronic disease that should be considered? How much does your budget allot for you to spend weekly on the total cost of food? What are some foods you really like? What are some foods you dislike? Are in there any specific and / Or personal health related goals that you have ? How do you think I can be of help with these goals?
