I met Patrick through my son and has found him to be a very genuine young man with great food and nutrition knowledge. I have had the opportunity to watch Patrick Preparing wonderful and nutritious menus and meals. I would love to have Patrick cook every meal for me and my family if I could keep from going back for seconds and thirds all the time.

Recent college graduate who has an amazing source of knowledge in food and nutrition. Recently got me to live a healthier life style. He helped me lose about 15-20 pounds as well as taught me how to cook more at home meals to save money and also eat healthier. Being an exercise science major myself I was able to put 2 together. I feel better than ever when I work out and I have a lot more energy during the day just from eating differently. If you get a chance make sure you get Patrick to teach you how to make curry. It's to die for!

Patrick is an incredible chef and nutritionist. He has been such a blessing to my husband and I! We have learned so much about good habits and how to eat specific to our own bodies and lifestyle. Patrick truly cares about his clients and has so many important things to share. I am excited to continue working with him and learning from him.

    I have worked in the food service industry for 10+ years in cook, management and nutrition management positions. I have successfully helped to provide food delivery services for several clients that related to their food Preferences, nutrition and health goals, and related allergens. I have completed a bachelors and masters degrees in nutrition from Appalachian state university and University of New England, respectively. I have also completed my RD and LDN credential internships through Dominican University. I worked as a cook from 2009-2014 at which time I was matriculating at the above colleges.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Do you have a diagnosis you need diet related interventions for? (** If so, please consider a registered dietitian with a license and CDR registration for managing these conditions appropriately through food.**)

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    How often would you like food delivered? Do you have a chronic disease that should be considered? How much does your budget allot for you to spend weekly on the total cost of food? What are some foods you really like? What are some foods you dislike? Are in there any specific and / Or personal health related goals that you have ? How do you think I can be of help with these goals?
