I was contacted by Michelle McBryde about advertising for my business. After discussing it her she assured me that they had a 100% money back guarantee if it didn't work. I paid $1500 up front and not only did it not work but over a 4 month period we did not have 1 inquiry and never saw one ad. I have reached out and they ignore all calls and emails. This was a huge scam. This company has no integrity and I hope nobody else is taken advantage of like I was.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything we do is custom. However, some things we can give you a pretty good ball park.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with you via phone to discuss your needs. Do research. Offer a quote. Once the quote is signed and 50% is paid we begin with a creative brief, project timeline, and get to work! The remaining balance is due 25% when 2/3rds of the project is done, and the remaining 25% before turning over any work for your ownership.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At DigiMe are always studying and reading trends in our market. In a fast paced, growing market diversity is key. Good companies take advantage of that (like us). We know how to pivot our customers quickly so they can stay ahead of their competition.
