- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Certainly. I'm attaching it to every quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Creating a client's site ( where clients can see our conversation, appointments, previous payments) and sending out an appointment confirmation email for pre-session consultation. Talking /chatting client about clothing /background options planning their session.When we shooting it in STUDIO , after the session we going through with the client on all images, comparing them side by side and narrowing down to the keepers. Retouching the ones what chosen and uploading them to a private online gallery ( where the images can be viewed/shared and prints products can be ordered also the finished images can be downloaded) and sending out a notification for client .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I learned photojournalism back in Europe. I'm attending on photography workshops ,conventions, webinars regularly , always looking for new lighting /posing technics and new gadgets.
