Introduction: My work stands out over others simply because I know that each students learns differently the technique that I may use on one student may not work on the other student. I have to know my students individually and identify how they learn best. Once I know that I make sure the student is involved in their own learning. I like the fact that I get to see first hand that my students/client are improving in the area that they are being tutored. Most of my students grow as an individual as well and as they are increasing their knowledge, and creativity in a certain area it spills over to overall student.

Tia is an awesome young lady as well as a great tutor. I got Ms. Lucas to help with my daughter Miracle who is now a rising 4th grader. Miracle's weakness was math but Tia realized that she was not comprehending what she reading, and she began to work with her on reading comprehension. Once Miracle understood that, then her math skills improved. Another great thing that was recognized was that my daughter learns through colors and this is a great way that she understands her work. My daughter has been working with Tia since the beginning of her 3rd grade year and I will continue to let my daughter work with her even if she is comfortable to do it on her own. The principle behind her continuing tutoring is to keep her focused on her work and new learning skills. I would definitely recommend Dynamiklearning to anyone. I have referred to parents to her already.

Tia Lucas tutored my son Tyler, who was a Kindergarten student who was struggling with his reading and site words. He did awesome from the time he started with her until the end of the school year. He ended up getting a Most Improved Award in Reading. I was so excited and so was Ms. Tia. She's awesome and was always on time. I would recommend her services!

Tia has been tutoring my son Raekwon for around 3 months. He really enjoys it and is more thrilled about learning now!! He struggled in Reading but now OMG!! He reads like a champ!! He is so much more confident in his self while reading... And as a mom it makes me happy to see my baby happy. THANKS TIA;)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I constantly attend workshops, or little mini course that keep me abreast of the education system and how it affects parents and students.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been involved helping people succeed in their academics. While in college I worked for a tutoring company and enjoyed seeing the students mature and flourish. I am a secondary education teacher now and I see many of our students struggling in their academics, which spilled over into their personal life. I knew I had to do something.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Tutoring their child in math and reading skills.
