Mr Kuhlmann evaluated a major material failure used in the construction of our new home ($1.5 million construction cost). He was very supportive through the ensuing litigation. His expert testimony resulted in a satisfactory settlement with the material manufacturer. Subsequently we are utilizing Mr. Kuhlmann for all construction, maintenance and repairs on our rental properties. He performs exceptional work at a fair price! We strongly recommend his company!
