Introduction: My process is slightly different and very effective. I start with a phone chat to get to know each other and help me prepare for the session. The session may be in person or online (FaceTime or Skype), typically 40 minutes to an hour. The final component is a self-hypnosis component through a recording of the session. I call this guided meditation, and effectively reinforces your changes. Follow up sessions are $40 each.
