- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most professions can give you a quick price or estimate, We charge by the job. This means 99.9% of jobs, i must look at, in order to give a ballpark quote or cost of project. ALL jobs are different..
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I graduated high school, and went to college on a football scholarship. i thought i wanted to be a teacher and coach. After working during summers and any off time with my father in his construction company, i realized i would not enjoy at all, being in a classroom every day, with a limited and very little salary, was not for me. I love what i do, working with different people, and being outside working, it changes almost every day..
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common thing i do is customer service type work. New construction, log homes, log home repair, all forms of home remodeling, painting, deck construction, roofing, excavator/bobcat work(foundations,grading,driveways, basement water proofing)... and much more
